Registration Agreement
  • I hereby declare that I have entered all the information pertaining to my professional qualifications and my CV correctly and accurately.
  • I hereby affirm that I will not accept any job that, upon my own appraisal, I cannot fulfill professionally or by the given deadline.
  • I agree that I will notify the translation agency immediately if I realize that I cannot deliver the translation by the agreed delivery date. In this case I will grant the translation agency a reduction in price for the said translation upon request, and will do my best to ensure that the translation is completed as soon as possible.
  • Should the client or the Agency find mistakes in the translation, I will make any necessary changes at no additional cost to the Agency.
  • I affirm that the final amount of my invoice will not exceed my original offer, unless I have received written approval from the translation agency.
  • I agree that the fee for my translation is to be paid at the latest 45 days after delivery of the translation (generally within 2-4 weeks).
  • I affirm that I will not disclose any information pertaining to the job to a third party.
  • I hereby affirm that I will not accept any jobs from current or former customers of the translation agency, for whom (to my knowledge) I have done translations by order of the translation agency within the last 2 years.  
 I accept all the above-mentioned conditions.
